Nestled in the foothills of Redlands, CA, Fiora is a neighborhood pizzeria specializing in wood-fired sourdough pizza, artistan pastas, small plates, specialty wine and cocktails. Our menu focuses on using high quality ingredients while utilizing local products as much as possible. Our wine menu highlights small production wineries who prioritize using minimal intervention in the vineyard and cellar.
